retribution has cotton candy blue and pink hair and hot pink eyes. He has prosthetic legs that he changes with his fashion. There is an AI living in his head with him, and the distinction between retribution and AI is murky at best. They also do not make a distinction between AI and organics. They're psychic and a technopath- if it can process information, they can communicate with it psychically.
If you can sense souls etc. retribution pings as "there is a (partially dead?)human soul in here but also wtf is that extra bit?" as his AI inhabits him as well and while I could wax poetic about the validity of an electronic soul I am just going to say it is nebulously possible and if anyone has figured it out it would be the Morningstars.

NSFW: My only real OOC hangup is that I can't play out bottoming(playing a sub role is different, and I am into doing that).

-Voracity: can eat people/parts of people to heal
-Whetted appetite: burst of strength after doing a cannibalism
-No Longer Human: Spooky Appearance= fear effect
-Hollowed Out: His body is a pocket
-Frenzy: Berserk. More powerful state but less control
-Farewell to Arms: Can attach his limbs to other people for fun and profit
-Brutality: Hurt himself physically or mentally for a lil extra hurtin
His psychic abilities are VERY POWERFUL, honed by years of raiding and then moving on to performing and using his powers on ever-growing crowds of people. It is MOSTLY for creating illusions by causing others to hallucinate(or communicating with AI/machines and controlling non-AI machines), although he usually can do low-grade mood reading without meaning to. retribution is not a spy, a thief, or any kind of roguish sort, and his psychic abilities reflect that; he's got a rough touch and no subtlety so if he digs into someone's thoughts any deeper than surface level, you WILL know, and in fact if he's digging enough others may also begin to notice.
I also think it is funny if retribution just kind of hates being around non-psychics because they have no volume control on their thoughts which is mostly annoying but can probably also give him headaches of varying levels of intensity.
Anyway I'll err on the side of not using these powers unless we've spoken or unless the following has been filled out as much or as little as you'd like!

Psychic Info: Regular ol' human! She doesn't have any supernatural defenses against psychic abilities. I'm good with illusions/hallucinations/mood reading.
She does have one of those bullshit nonsense chessmaster anime brain types (she's thinking about a dozen different outcomes/contingency plans at any given moment), so I think it'd be funny if any time he picks up on that it just gives him a terrible headache.

Does your character have mental defenses against psychic attacks/mind reading? Yes. Ash is of a species of sphinxes who specialize in mind-based magics via their god they are all descendant of, and forced "entry" can result in a hostile attempt to either reject or kill the intruder. Forcing entry in the first place can be a little difficult; the mind instinctively and actively protects itself. Forced entry is pretty akin to or worse than physical rape for Ash so while I'm personally fine with it happening she Absolutely Will Not Be

Nope! All organic.

Spooky fear effect is actually pretty sexy. Also we do love generalized psychic links

Nope! Just a regular human, but with pretty high physical senses. But in general, he is very Zen, and doesn’t tend to be thinking overmuch in general. Except to compose a poem.

Nope! They’re still figuring out Kameras and he lives outside most of the time.

I’m open to a lot of psychic stuff, since he is a zen boy. Give him a little dust up. It’s fine.

I am not super up for cannibalism! And while I love a little messing with, let’s touch base for anything that might be super triggering, just to make sure we’re on the same page about any fallout, ICly.
